Temporary closing
When will the spas close?
Both SKYSPA locations will be closed starting Wednesday, October 15 for major renovations.
Why are the spas closing completely during the renovations?
The planned renovations are too extensive for us to maintain the level of quality our customers deserve during the work. We’ve therefore chosen to temporarily close our spas so we can welcome you back in the best possible conditions once the upgrades are complete.
What is the expected duration of the renovations?
The renovations are expected to last a few months. The exact reopening date will be confirmed at a later time. Stay tuned by subscribing to our newsletter and checking our digital platforms.
What kind of renovations are being done?
We’re undertaking an extensive renovation of our facilities to introduce new spaces and offer a refreshed wellness experience when we reopen.
Can I book a visit before the spas close?

Can I continue buying SKYSPA gift cards online?
Yes. You can still buy gift cards online and in our spas until October 14 inclusive.
I have a reservation after October 15 (massage, treatment or thermal experience). What should I know?
All reservations scheduled after October 15 at the affected locations will be cancelled free of charge.
I have a reservation before October 15 (massage, treatment or thermal experience). What should I know?
All reservations scheduled before October 15 will be honoured as planned. You’ll be able to fully enjoy your experience at our facilities until the official closure.
I made a reservation via a hotel partner. What should I know?
All reservations scheduled from October 15 onward will be cancelled at no charge. We invite you to contact the hotel directly. A few options are available.
Can I still use my SKYSPA gift card?
You can use your gift cards until October 14 inclusive, and once the spas reopen, as a monetary value applicable toward our products and services.
I’m a member. What about my membership?
Please contact our customer service at 1 866-656-9111 to discuss your situation.
I have a multi-visit card. What should I know?
The remaining value of the visits will be transferred as a monetary value to a gift card. The gift card will be valid upon reopening and will apply to all our products and services.
I purchased a package via a reseller partner, such as La Forfaiterie. What should I know?
Your coupons and packages can be used until Tuesday, October 14 inclusive.

I have a voucher or coupon. Is it still valid?
Your vouchers and coupons can be used Tuesday, October 14 inclusive. After this date, all vouchers and coupons will be expired.

Are we allowed to talk while enjoying the facilities ?
Yes. At SKYSPA, we believe in the concept of a living relaxation, this is why people are allowed to talk quietly while enjoying the hot tubs on the open sky terrace, the saunas, and the bistro. You can relax while going back to your vital energy with the people you love !
Are there silence zones ?
No, the SKYSPA of Quebec is divided into two areas, where it is possible to speak in a low voice.
Can I bring my own robe ?
Yes. At SKYSPA, we believe that wellness should be accessible to all. This is why the robe is not included in the thermal experience price. If you desire to have a SKYSPA robe, you can rent one for 10$.
Is there a maximum amount of time to enjoy the thermal experience ?
You can fully enjoy the thermal experience with no time limit. We currently have no time limit blocks in place.
Is it possible to quit the spa and to come back later during the day once the thermal experience purchased ?
No. Once you have paid for the thermal experience, you are not allowed to quit and to come back later.
Can we drink alcohol in the hot tubs ?
No, it is not allowed to drink or to eat in the baths for health and sanitary reasons. The bath’s water temperature can causes deshydratation and this could be dangerous when doing a complete thermal cycle. For that reason, it is allowed to bring a water bottle in the hot tubs and the saunas so that you stay hydrated during all your experience. However, alcohol consumption must be done in the bistro or terrace areas.
What is the minimal age required to access the spa ?
The minimum age required for the thermal experience is 16 years old, and 18 years old for the cares (massages and beauty treatments). However, every sunday, from 9 am to noon at SKYSPA Quebec, children from 3 to 15 years old are allowed to enjoy the benefits of a living relaxation with their parents and it is free for the first kid.
Is a parking lot available ?
Yes, there is a free underground parking lot under the building where the spa is located. You will find a pay station at the entrance of the parking lot. Make sure you have your coupon with you and hand it in at the spa reception. You will then be given an exit coupon when you will leave.
Where is located SKYSPA Quebec ?
The spa is located on the 17th floor of a rooftop building at Quebec, offering you an amazing view of the city and the sky.
What is the time limit to cancel my reservation?
Please note you have up to 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or change your reservation, with no charges.
How can I use my Wayspa cards at SKYSPA ?
WaySpa card cannot be used on services and/or product which are already in promotion. WaySpa gift certificates, gift cards, service based gift certificates and gift vouchers are non refundable. You can use it on all products and/or services at SKYSPA" However, gift product may not be used to purchase any gift product from SKYSPA or membership at SKYSPA. This condition also applies to members and to rebatse asociated to their benefits.
How can I use my SKYSPA gift card ?
The gift card is accepted as a form of payment for services and products offered at SKYSPA. However, it is not possible to purchase a membership at SKYSPA with a gift card. It is not yet possible to purchase a gift card for a package, but you can make a reservation by telephone. The total amount of your purchases is deducted from the balance on the card. It is not refundable, has no monetary value, and cannot be replaced in the event of damage, loss or theft. You must allow at least 24 hours after the gift card purchase to use it. The value of the gift card for a package or treatment is valid for one year from the date of purchase. After this period, there may be a difference to pay when you reserve a treatment or package. Identification will be required to validate the credit card used for the purchase.
Is there a bistro ?
Yes. There is a healthy bistro where you can stop to eat when you feel hungry between a massage and the thermal experience. It is also the perfect spot to take a moment to enjoy a glass of wine, a beer or even a cocktail among good company!
What are your peak periods?
On holidays and during peak periods, the thermal experience is at regular price and promotions are not applicable.

Reservations are not required, but are strongly recommended from Friday to Sunday. It is possible to book on our website or by phone.

What are your payment methods?
The following payment methods are accepted: cash, debit card, Visa or Mastercard, Förena gift card.
A valid credit card number is mandatory to confirm your reservation; fees for the total value of the reservation will be charged on the credit card or another payment method of your choice at the time of your visit. Identification will be required to validate the credit card used for the purchase.
Are water quality test results available?
You can obtain the results of the water quality tests at any time by asking at the reception desk.
