Customer Service team Leader (full time)
You will lead and motivate the Agents who work with you on your shift. You will support the Supervisor in customer service management. You will greet guests at the spa reception desk and on the phone, take reservations, inform them about the services offered. You will be able to explain and propose our offers of products and services, will use the computer and telephone system for the reservations and purchases.
You have a natural talent to be the team leader, have experience in customer service, are bilingual in writing and oral, demonstrate excellent communication skills. You are naturally devoted and smiling. Variable availability including evenings and weekends required.
