Marketing coordinator (part time)
Reporting to the marketing director at the head-office located in Boucherville, you will participate in the deployment of the different brands marketing activities of the Groupe working closely with the floor team (SKYSPA DIX30 and Quebec, Nordic Station Spa in Magog). You will also participate in the development of our upcoming brand Förena Cité thermal, which will open next Summer in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville. It is a unique career marketing opportunity!
In this role, you will provide massage therapy treatments according to SKYSPA standards.
You are a registered massage therapist and a member of a recognized professional association with a minimum of 400 hours training. Flexible availability is required, including evenings and weekends. Bilingualism is required.
Customer Service team Leader (full time)
You will lead and motivate the Agents who work with you on your shift. You will support the Supervisor in customer service management. You will greet guests at the spa reception desk and on the phone, take reservations, inform them about the services offered. You will be able to explain and propose our offers of products and services, will use the computer and telephone system for the reservations and purchases.
You have a natural talent to be the team leader, have experience in customer service, are bilingual in writing and oral, demonstrate excellent communication skills. You are naturally devoted and smiling. Variable availability including evenings and weekends required.
Customer Service Agent (Full time and part time)
Under the supervision of the Team Leader, you will ensure an exemplary cleanliness of the facilities – both indoors and outdoors – by performing different tasks.
You are in good physical health, are dynamic and discreet, rigorous and punctual. You know how to show initiative while respecting the procedures in place. Flexible availability is required including evenings and weekends.
Bistro Agent (Full time and part time)
As a bistro agent, you will explain the menu, advise clients and take orders. You will then prepare the orders according to our presentation and food safety requirements. You will also serve the client by ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You will also ensure peacefulness, functionality and cleanliness of the bistro.
As the first contact for our customers, you will be warm-hearted, attentive and happy to welcome them and offer all of your assistance in guiding them through their shopping care and visit to the premises. You will be able to guide them trough product and service offers as well as use the computer and telephone system for reservations and purchases.
You have experience in customer service, are bilingual both orally and in writing, demonstrate excellent communication skills and are naturally dedicated and smiling. Flexible availability is required including evenings and weekends.
