Bistro Team Leader
You will supervise your bistro agents team (schedules, training, team spirit, ...) and with them, you will make sure that the customer experience at the bistro is very pleasant both at the level of the order taking, table service, tranquility, functionality and impeccable cleanliness. You will manage the bistro's offer, supply and rotation of food in accordance with safety standards.
You have experience in customer service and catering, you are a positive leader and manage well the peak periods. Variable schedule to be defined according to operational needs and bilingualism required.
