You can purchase a SkySpa branded water bottle at the cost of $1 and you will be given a locker key at the front desk. A towel, bathing suit and sandals are mandatory. Shampoo, soap and hair dryers are available in the locker room.

Prices are in Candian dollars and do not include taxes.

Credit card reservations are required for treatments and massages. Reservations can be made by phone or in person. A valid credit card number is required to confirm reservations; the full fee will be charged to the card for all cancellations and modifications made within 24 hours of the appointment. Please arrive 30 minutes before your massage or treatment.

Please note that we do not book reservations for the thermal experience. However, to ensure your comfort during busy periods, we have set a maximum to the number of people who can use our facilities at the same time.

All our massage therapists are members of a recognized association or federation and can issue insurance receipts.

The minimum age to access the Spa is 16.

Please note that the thermal experience is not recommended for pregnant women, or people with heart or respiratory problems, high blood pressure or diabetes. We recommend that you consult your doctor beforehand.

It is recommended to avoid alcohol before the thermal experience.

Food, glass containers and cameras are prohibited.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the facility.

We offer our guests an opportunity to relax in a tranquil environment. Please turn off your cell phones and speak quietly at all times.
