Alternating colors, known for their therapeutic virtues, are projected inside a Finnish sauna stimulating both the physical and the psychological states. Red is an antibiotic stimulus, green is energetic, blue is calming, yellow affects the sensory organs and orange is an antidepressant and decongestant.
